Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
If you paid by Check or Money Order a check will be mailed to you.

We realize that situations do arise that may prevent you from attending a paid session you have registered for. In the event you are not able to attend a registered class, workshop please contact us as soon as you know. Email me at: Rita@GeniUSA.com
If cancelation is 2 weeks prior to session a refund less 25% of the original charge will be refunded within 30 days.
If cancelation is less than 2 weeks a credit voucher will be issued less 25% for another session, class, online or product offered.
